Week 4 - Australia
We continued our exciting learning outside in the lovely weather, we used the bricks to build Sydney Opera House we used the sand to create Aboriginal art and drew some amazing animals with the chalk.
Outside Learning.
We are continuing to learn about different countries, this week we looked at Australia. We looked at the Australian flag and made some with colours and tissue paper. We looked at different landscapes in Australia and even tried to build the Sydney Opera House. We all thought about going to visit Australia and we packed a suitcase with what we thought we would need. We decided we would need clothes for hot weather. We also wrote a postcard home telling everyone all about Australia. We looked at the animals that live in Australia and some special Aboriginal Art which we recreated.
