English

Please remember that the children should be reading as often as possible. This can be books on Bug Club, their own reading books from home, etc.

Log-in details for Bug Club can be found at the front of their Reading Planner.

Epic

I know that the children in Year 1 love to read and like reading a range of books. I have been made aware of a website called 'Epic!' (American website) which provides FREE on-line reading material for all ages. There is a variety of good quality reading material available, ranging from fiction, non-fiction, videos and 'Read to Me' texts. I have signed the children up as a class and would love the children to access this material to support their reading.

I have placed the log-in details and instructions of how to log-in underneath. I have also sent home a paper copy with some children (stuck in the front of their planners).
