Reading
In school we learn to read using the Read Write Inc Phonics program. Children learn their sounds in a set way and we find it to be highly successful in children's learning!
For home reading we have BUG CLUB, which is the scheme of books that children can bring home, as well as access online (codes found in the booklet)
On this page you can find a presentation which we would usually hold for parents on how we teach, and tips for how you can help at home, as we know it can be tricky to read successfully with your children when they are learning!
There is also and information booklet which goes alongside this presentation.
