Darwin's Dragons

We had Captivating Creatures in to share lots of animals with the children to help them classify and identify the features of the different creatures.

Year 6 were challenged to create structures that could withstand an earthquake tremor using marshmallows and spaghetti. Here are some of their creations.

Year 6 have been completing research for their documentaries based on South America. Some have chosen to explore different species of animal, some are investigating deforestation whilst others are intrigued by the impact of climate change on the Andes.
