Halloween at Hayfield Lane
What an incredible week we have had in school this week! The children have been taking part in numerous activities linked to Halloween and it has been a pleasure to watch them have so much fun! On Wednesday, the children had an outdoor disco where they danced along with their friends and enjoyed a hotdog. On Thursday, they designed and carved pumpkins and created their own Halloween picture for the Co-op Halloween competition. At the end of the week, the children came to school dressed in fabulous Halloween costumes and we had a blast! Friday morning started with a spooky story around the fire in forest school with Mrs Harris - who made popcorn on the fire for the children to enjoy whilst listening to the story. The children then enjoyed a Halloween movie and a themed school dinner. It has been a spooky, spectacular week!
