The Very Hungry Caterpillar
This term we have been reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar and thinking about all things mini beasts!
The children have taken their learning outdoors this week and have made some fascinating discoveries! Mrs Mills especially loved it when we wanted to look in some non-fiction books to learn more about what mini beasts we found!
We know the story really really well now and have been working hard learning it in our talk for writing approach, we can't wait to show mummies and daddies!
Lots of children have been writing the story, and there is a book making craze throughout sparrows! What active learners we have :)
