Three Billy Goats Gruff
This week we have also been looking at what animals live on farms as well as Billy Goats, we then painted our hands to create animal print farm animals.
This week, we have continued with our book Three Billy Goats Gruff and been looking at bridges that the troll lived under and bridges from around the world. We then worked in teams to make different bridges . We used lots of different materials and talked about what is best to make the bridge strong. We used our fine motor skill to help us cut pieces out and glue them together.
After reading our novel, 'Three Billy Goats Gruff', we wanted to paint a picture of the nasty troll! We looked at using colour for purpose, correct grip of the paint brush, and how to use all the painting equipment independently.
