Jack and the Beanstalk
Children manipulated playdough to make green beans, beans and weaved beanstalks, all developing our fine motor skills!
The boys worked together to make a 'domino path' to Jack's cottage! They had lots of fun toppling them over!
The children used pencil crayons to colour key characters and objects from the class text, using colour for purpose!
Children love to explore texts, revisit past texts and explore new texts all linking in with our current theme of fairy tales!
Building houses for characters from our story, including castles and cottages
Using our fine motor cutting skills to make puppets to retell the story, 'Jack and the Beanstalk'.
