Week 1 - Poles Apart
We continued our learning outside, we built igloos out of sugar cubes and bricks, we found real and alien words in our sandpit and did some amazing addition with the numicon.
Outside
In our role play area we have been learning about how to be Travel Agent. We looked at the globe and brochures to help us decide where we wanted to go on our holidays. Mrs Nottage and Mrs Abson decided they wanted to go to the beach.
Travel Agents
We have had a very busy first week back at school, we have been learning about the North and South Pole and what animals live there. We also discussed if it would be a good idea to have a Polar Bear or Penguin as a pet.. We also used our fine motor skills to make some Polar Bears and Penguins.
Poles Apart
Our classroom has been transformed ready for us to learn all about ‘ Poles Apart’. It looks very exciting.
