The community COFFEE SHOP is open every FRIDAY from 2:30-3:30 and is a great place to be. Members of the community (not just parents) are invited to enjoy tea and cake which is all FREE OF CHARGE. The lemon drizzle and chocolate brownies are always raved about!
This warm and welcoming environment is multi-generational (all ages enjoying being part of community together). We often get ex-pupils returning to enjoy their Friday afternoon amongst others. In times where people are struggling to heat their homes, it is also a way of the school and local church supporting people in the wider community once a week.
GRACE CAFE also have a PRELOVED SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOP which offers items free of charge. What a great way to do our bit for recycling!
The cafe also acts as a base for a range of community support services. Grace Church help community members with form filling needs. Community policing, Stronger Families Team, Community Learning, Debt Counselling Support and Disability Support for children are present at set times to arrange more bespoke drop in sessions.
