Science - digestive system
This week, we have learnt about the key parts of our digestive system. To help us remember each stage, we actively became food that then travelled through the digestive system, starting in the mouth before exiting the body.
The cones represented our mouths. We had to run around inside the cones acting as saliva to break our food down.
We then travelled down a long rope which represented our oesophagus.
Next, we jumped through large hoops which represented our large intestine before jumping through small hoops which represented our small intestines. Then finally, we exited the body. We had lots of fun.
