Welcome to Robin class page!

I am the Nursery Teacher (FS1) at Hayfield Lane and my name is Mrs H Brough.

We are very fortune to have three very experienced ladies who support the children's learning in Nursery! Mrs L Boyer is based in Nursery full time and Mrs S Scattergood and Mrs C Cross spend part of their time with us. 

We are very excited to welcome our brand new children into Robin class at the very start of their education! We have lots of exciting activities and experiences planned for the children and will keep our page up to date so you can share the journey with us!

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions here at Hayfield Lane Primary. All children are entitled to free 15 hours funding and we offer the opportunity for parents to purchase extra sessions at just £10 per session. We also have a limited number of 30 hours place for working parents. 

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum to plan and deliver exciting, play based learning opportunities across the seven main areas of learning:

Your children will have the opportunity to learn, explore and develop a range of skills which will ensure smooth transition into FS2 (Reception)!
