Trash to Treasure - Skills Hub Challenge week

Our brief was to design and make an eco toy using recyclable materials. We started the week by looking at toys that are already on the market and deciding what materials they were made out of, their purpose, enjoyment and components. We then designed our own toy before using recyclable materials to make it. We then created a presentation that we would do in front of our parents.  Take a look at the images below.

We had Mellor's caterers in school to talk to us about healthy eating. We learnt facts about which foods help each part of our body and then we made a smoothie as a class before sampling it.
