    P.E. day for the Nightingales is a  WEDNESDAY. 

    Please send your child to school in their P.E. kit. They will wear their kit ALL day. 

    P.E. kit: 

    • white t-shirt
    • black/dark shorts or tracksuit bottoms
    • trainers or black pumps
    • socks (for comfort)
    • black/dark sports jumper or jacket

    Children with long hair need to have their hair tied back on P.E. days. 

    - I would recommend that children have their hair tied back all the time to try to prevent the spread of head lice.
