P.E. days for the Nightingales are WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY. 

Please send your child to school in their P.E. kit. They will wear their kit ALL day. 

P.E. kit: 

• white t-shirt
• black/dark shorts or tracksuit bottoms
• trainers or black pumps
• socks (for comfort)
• black/dark sports jumper or jacket

Children with long hair need to have their hair tied back on P.E. days. 

I would recommend that children have their hair tied back all the time to try to prevent the spread of head lice.  

Earrings must be removed or covered up with plasters during P.E. Please be aware that teaching staff will not remove earrings due to health and safety issues.
