We attended two workshops at the museum. The first one involved carrying out a carousel of activities. We were able to design our own Egyptian Gods, write our names in hieroglyphics, study some Egyptian artefacts and create our own death mask. In the afternoon, we attended our second workshop where we learnt about the Egyptian art of mummification. We were then able to mummify a banana which we brought home and will unwrap in 40 days time. We all really enjoyed the trip.
