Transition

With Me In Mind came into talk about transition and the worries that children have as they move to secondary school and shared strategies to help the children feel more assured.

Year 6 had a wonderful Anglo-Saxon and Viking experience day where they learnt a lot about the period, culture, language and customs of these people.

 

Year 6 have worked in groups to order the key events in history in a timeline.

Year 6 enjoyed reading outside and talking about their favourite books.

 

Year 6 took part in reading activities outside based on the text Evidence.

Importance of Sleep Session

With Me in Mind came in to Y6 to talk about the importance of sleep and made the children reflect on how it affects them inside and outside of school.
