CAYTHORPE WI-FI IS CURRENTLY FAULTY AND THEREFORE MESSAGES AND PHOTOS ARE NOT BEING RECEIVED BY SCHOOL. MRS TEMPEST WILL HOWEVER UPDATE YOU AFTER EACH OCCASION THAT SHE SPEAKS WITH MRS JOHN-LEWIS.
After a short journey to Caythorpe, the children enjoyed tucking into their food at the all you can eat cafe. After this they headed down to the log cabins and were very excited to get all their items in order. Afterwards they split iinto their 3 groups and started their CLIMBING CHALLENGE and CHALLENGE COURSE. The day was rounded off with a super campfire where they had lots of fun and had a good old sing-song.
Although they felt too excited to sleep, they all settled well with no issues.
Thursday 26th MORNING
All were up bright and early to the delights of snow. I don't know who was more excited-the staff or the children! Although it had been raining heavily first thing in the morning, spirits were high as they tucked in to Full English breakfasts or buffet food. The afternoon has promised to be much nicer as they complete ZIPWIRE, FENCING and ALL ABOARD.
